The wine

Les Enseignières is located below the Bienvenues Bâtard-Montrachet. The Puligny-Montrachet Les Enseignières stands out through its beautiful interpretation of Chardonnay, combining perfect harmony and concentration.

Jean-Claude and Noël safeguard the 17-hectare property created bit by bit by their grandfather Pierre Ramonet in the 1920s, a Burgundian figure. Noël (in the cellar) and Jean-Claude (in the vineyard) took over the domain in 1984. They are the third generation and want to get the best out of the terroir. It is one of the most renowned domain of the appellation for both quality and finesse of its wines.
