The wine
A rare gem produced by a domain bought by Lalou Bize-Leroy in 1988. In youth, it is characterized by its fruity and spicy notes which, with time, evolve into more intense notes such as leather and roasted aromas. Sought-after for its raciness, aging potential and refined tannins.
Domaine Charles Noëllat had ideally located plots in Vosne, especially the grand cru Richebourg. The domaine was bought in 1988 by Lalou Bize-Leroy to become the future Domaine Leroy. Today, collectors eagerly grasp the few remaining bottles.
