The wine
Côt du Clos Roche Blanche is an enjoyable wine, very pleasant, succulent and fruity (strawberry, raspberry with some spicy touches in some vintages).
Catherine Roussel and Didier Barouillet inherited this property, clinging to the hillside above the Cher, and converted it to organic winegrowing in 1992. It produces clean, natural and additive-free, fruity wines that reflect the terroir.
