The wine
Les Chaumées is a premier cru that reveals ripe fruit aromas. The wine is endowed with a remarkable, elegant length.
Domaine Michel Niellon is spread over 7.5 hectares, planted with 2/3 Chardonnay and the rest in Pinot Noir, with very old vines with low yields. The wines of the domaine are of fine quality with exceptional material, and a honeydew richness. This small domaine of Burgundy is quite famous and its bottles are becoming rare on the market.
