Bourgogne La Fleur au Verre Sextant 2020

Sextant is a white Burgundy produced from Chardonnay vines grown following strict organic methods. The grapes are pressed directly and vinified without added inputs. The wine is then barrel-aged for 10 months, with no added sulphites.
This Chardonnay displays remarkable freshness, finesse and minerality. Lively and light, it also reveals itself as generous and gourmet. Its aromatic complexity and lasting length on the palate are its most distinctive attributes.
This wine pairs marvellously with oysters, fresh ’oat's cheese or with petit four as an aperitif.
