Les Jardins de Marie et Léa is a cuvée produced by the Robert Groffier Père & Fils estate on the Côte de Nuits in Burgundy, where vines grow on clay-limestone soils. The grapes are hand-picked to ensure a rigorous selection process. The wine is cold-macerated to extract colour and aromas, and then matured in oak casks, with a proportion of new wood that varies from one vintage to the next. This approach preserves the integrity and purity of the wine.
This nectar is packed with red fruit aromas of cherry and raspberry, along with floral and spicy notes. On the palate, the wine reveals an elegant structure with delicate tannins, a beautifully balanced acidity, and a long, refined finish.
