Grapes are harvested at dawn to produce this rosé, and that fruity morning freshness is palpable in the bottle. Discrete, light aromas never overpower the food it accompanies. We can’t get enough of this cuvée!
More infoJean-Christophe harvests his Cinsault, Carignan and Grenache grapes early in the morning in order to preserve their freshness. Vines are aged between 20 and 30 years-old and are cultivated according to organic and biodynamic methods, yielding around 30 hl/ha. In the winery vinification relies on spontaneous ferments with limited filtration and sulphites. L’Apostrophe seduces with its pale salmon-pink hue, offering fresh and lively notes of red fruit and appetising crunch in the mouth. For drinking on its own as an aperitif or accompanying a first course.
About the Producer Les Terres Promises
Jean Christophe Comor started producing his certified organic wines in 2004, following a herculean effort cutting down trees, clearing stumps and preparing the land for replanting vines! One-time parisien and professor at the prestigious Sciences Po university, his winemaking whim has well and truly paid off; now producing wines with a unique character, elegance and complexity and in a style which improves with each vintage. One to watch.
