More infoThis wine comes from a terroir located at an altitude of between 300 and 400 metres. It is fermented and matured in new demi-muids and the result is a delightful combination of aromatic freshness (floral, white-fleshed fruit and citrus notes) and a sumptuous texture. It pairs equally well with shellfish, cold meats and cheeses.
About the Producer Aegerter
Created by Jean-Luc Aegerter, this Burgundian house was then inherited by his son Paul. The two share a passion for nature, which guides them in producing top-quality wines. Situated in the Côte d'Or, in Nuits-Saint-Georges, the domain is nowadays expertly managed by Paul, who has brought his energy, taking the house's output off the beaten track to produce wines for enophile from all walks of life.
