More infoWith an average age of 50, the Chardonnay vines were grown following sustainable agriculture. Harvested by hand, this noble grape variety was vinified and raised in stainless steel vats (55%) and in used barrels (45%). The wine is clear in colour with a bouquet typical of the region. Bursting with citrus, vegetal and mineral notes, its concentration is striking, promising lovely gastronomic pairings with creamy dishes. Take note that this wine will reward ageing of a few years in your cellar.
About the Producer Christian Moreau
Today it's Fabien Moreau, an oenologue by trade, who's at the helm of Domaine Christian Moreau -a domain possessing plots ideally situated in grands crus. They are extremely well-kept, and the berries are picked by hand in order to better control the quality of the future juice produced. It is vinified with the view of producing fine, just and precise wines. Thus, Fabien Moreau uses wooden containers frugally, allowing the wines to develop a certain suppleness, even a velvety texture in the mouth.
