A superb Chablis with fruity aromas, a wonderful way to discover the terroir.
More infoA scintillating, golden hue emanates from this fresh, fruity wine. Its attack is lively and frank, evolving towards aromas of honey. The marl soil in which the grapes were grown give a certain texture to this characteristic Chablis. Alongside fish and other seafood, it can be enjoyed from today and within the next five years.
About the Producer Louis Jadot
Based in Beaune, it combines historic stature with remarkable vitality, continuing to attract leading figures of the wine world to shape and interpret its many terroirs. Now owned by an American family, the wines are crafted under the assured direction of Frédéric Barnier, who safeguards the house’s hallmark precision and consistency. These unwavering standards are what sets Maison Jadot apart in Burgundy. With 225 hectares under vine and representation across 130 appellations, not only in the Côte d’Or but also in the Mâconnais and Beaujolais, wine lovers can expect genuine pleasure at every price level, always easily identifiable by the iconic Bacchus head on the label. The estate favours traditional winemaking methods, with slow fermentations and extended ageing. Chemical herbicides are prohibited and yields are strictly limited. A house where scale never eclipses identity, and tradition continues to shape every bottle.
