More infoFrom thirty year-old vines cultivated on a chalk-clay terroir, this wine is the fruit of the delicate pressing of whole grapes. The fermentation and élevage on fine lees were carried out in ovoid vats and 500-litre barrels. To taste, a superb balance is revealed between notes of white flowers and citrus on the nose and liveliness in the mouth.
About the Producer Domaine des Moirots
Domaine des Moirots is a family vineyard located in Bissey-sous-Cruchaud, north of the Mâcon appellation. The 14-hectare domaine is managed by Christophe Denizot, his father and his sister. The vineyard which encompasses 12 appellations (Montagny, Bouzeron, Givry) is run in a sustainable manner.
