More infoAround sixty years of age, François Carillon’s Aligoté comes from clay-chalk parcels located in Puligny-Montrachet and Cropeau, and was matured in oak barrels (10% new wood). It has a golden colour, giving off delicate aromas of citrus and white fruit.
About the Producer François Carillon
The Carillon family has been established in Puligny-Montrachet since the 16th century. In 2010, the family vineyard was shared between the two brothers, François and Jacques. François Carillon cultivates 6.5 hectares and also runs a trading business. The domaine produces great white wines.
