Once again, Alain Chabanon has made a remarkably fresh wine, given its density, a style which evokes the best side of Bordeaux, in other words an easy drinking, digestible wine.
About the Producer Alain Chabanon
After studying enology, Alain Chabanon settled in Montpeyroux at the end of the 1980s. The vineyard is now spread over about 20 hectares of vines which lie on the communes of Jonquières, St André, Lagamas, St Saturnin and Montpeyroux. The domain has been certified organic since 1992 and biodynamic since 2010. Alain Chabanon produces fine, original wines, with extraordinary aging potential. This domain is one of the jewels of the appellation.
