More info

The Gamay Poursuite cuvée stems from Gamay vines, averaging around thirty years or so, growing on deep granitic soils. Organic viticultural practices have been applied in each plot since 2020. Chemical fertilisers and weed killers have been banned in favour of a gentler, more environmentally friendly approach. Here, the emphasis is on allowing the terroir to express its full character naturally through each individual vine. The hand-picked grapes harvested at peak ripeness undergo carbonic maceration in whole bunches for six days. The cuvée is then matured for eight months in concrete vats before bottling.
The slightly shiny, ruddy-red colour reveals intense aromas of red and black berries. Bursting with the fruity aromas typical of Gamay, the smooth, delicate palate elegantly leads to a persistent, refreshing finish.
