A rewarding, evolving taste experience, stamped by the complex, flavoursome aromas of Pinot Noir.
More infoThe Jupi cuvée is produced from Pinot Noir vines grown in the Jura winegrowing region. Strict organic and biodynamic viticultural methods to ensure the clay soils provide each vine with the nutrients it needs. In the winery, the Pinot Noir grapes undergo what is known as infusion, during which they are subjected to a semi-carbonic maceration for three weeks, without any cap tampering. The cuvée is then matured in wooden ‘foudres’ (large capacity wooden tuns) for a year before being bottled, without fining, filtering or added sulphur. The ruby-red colour reveals an expressive nose, characterised by an abundance of floral fragrances and fine peppery notes. On the palate, this superb Pinot Noir is characterised by its finesse and energy, with crisp tannins leading to a rich, elegant finish.
