The power of Pinot Noir and the delicious, fruity aromas of Gamay blend perfectly with the freshness and elegance of Chardonnay.
More infoA subtle blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 25% Gamay and 25% Chardonnay, Cuvée PiGaCha reflects a meticulous, committed approach designed to allow the terroir and the different grape varieties to express their personalities naturally. The winemaking process involves several weeks of semi-carbonic maceration, during which the different grape varieties are layered, before an infusion maceration, with no intervention. The long vinification process finishes with a 12-month ageing period in vats before the cuvée is bottled without fining or filtration.
The stunningly shimmering ruddy-red colour reveals a delicate and complex bouquet, where red berry aromas mingle beautifully with subtle floral notes. The palate perfectly affirms the aromas of the nose and delicately leads to a refreshing and fruity finish. This superb dynamic and bold cuvée will reveal its best expression in its early years.
Domaine Zeroine is located in the Jura. Rare and sought-after, this notably discreet estate has earned its reputation through the healthy cultivation of its grapes and its minimal, sometimes completely non-intervention, winemaking. A small gem waiting to be discovered!
