The Altesse cuvée has an intense, pale golden colour. The wine is made as naturally as possible, without any additives, and left on the lees for 12 months to allow it to develop its bouquet of spicy aromas with honey and brioche notes. The palate is chalky and polished. This is a very nice wine to pair with white meat dishes such as blanquette de veau.

Sitting among lakes and mountains, this five-hectare domain overlooks the Rhône and is distinguished by its sandstone terroir. Following the footsteps of Jacques Maillet, Marie and Florian Curtet cultivate their Savoyard grapes according to organic principles. They favour low-intervention methods in the cellar, letting their wines' natural fruitiness speak for itself.
