More info

Nestled in the heart of the legendary Allier vineyard, Tressallier vines flourish on the ancient soils of the Armorican Massif in the Nantais and Anjou regions. The white chalk soils are carefully irrigated by the Loire and its tributaries, which provide each vine with all the energy it requires to thrive. Benefiting from ideal and balanced sun exposure, the Tressallier grapes quickly reach optimum ripeness and are carefully harvested and taken to the winery. The fruit then undergoes a long and meticulous vinification process. Fermentations are triggered spontaneously by native yeasts naturally present in the berries.
The slightly golden and bright colour reveals a delicate and expressive bouquet, where intense citrus aromas mingle with floral notes and a hint of yellow fruit. On the palate, fresh, complex fruit aromas give way to a perfectly balanced, thirst-quenching finish.
