More infoThe Sangiovese vines, which produce red wines of outstanding aromatic quality, are carefully cultivated with the utmost respect for the soil and biodiversity. In the winery, the hand-picked grapes ferment in temperature-controlled, large stainless steel vats, designed to achieve the perfect balance of colour and tannin extraction. Following malolactic fermentation, the cuvée is carefully aged in Slovenian casks for 12 months before bottling.

The wine
