More infoIntroduced in the early 2000s, Compass Box’s very first whisky broke the codes of blended scotch whisky being the first commercial blended grain whisky. The Hedonism cuvée is crafted from different whiskies, including a Compass Box grain whisky distilled in the 1990s. This spirit is thus a tribute to the classical version of hedonism, which regards pleasure as an essential commodity and the ultimate goal of human activity.
The golden colour reveals a subtle, nuanced bouquet, characterised by delicious aromas of vanilla, custard and coconut. The ample, unctuous palate delicately affirms the aromas on the nose, with hints of popcorn and cream. The lingering, indulgent finish offers aromas of butterscotch and orange zest that will continue to develop over the years.
