More info

This cuvée from Christophe Abbet is made using Petite Arvine grapes and is the embodiment of the Valais terroir, with its vineyards thriving in limestone soils 460 metres above the village of Fully. Harvests are carried out by hand on the micro-parcels that are farmed exclusively using natural methods.
The vinification process highlights the purity of the Petite Arvine grape variety. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, without malolactic fermentation, followed by ageing on fine lees. The wine is not filtered in order to preserve the authenticity and the characteristics of this particularly fragile grape variety.
The end result is a wine with intense aromas of citrus fruits, most noticeably lemon and grapefruit, as well as floral notes. On the palate, the Arvine cuvée is clean, taut and has a wonderful minerality, which is typical of the Valais region. Its spectacular salinity on the finish rounds off this unique tasting experience.
This cuvée is proof of Christophe Abbet’s amazing talent to produce rare and exceptional wines that captivate the senses and faithfully reflect their terroir.
