The wine
Originating from responsible farming on loess and limestone soil, and harvested by hand, Marsanne and Roussanne were vinified separately in whole bunches, and fermented for a long time at a low temperature to preserve the freshness of their fruity notes. 10 month-élevage in new barrels gives it great depth, a beautiful creaminess and a remarkable persistence.
About the Producer Nicolas Perrin
First created in 2009 by Nicolas Jaboulet and the Perrin family, Maison Nicolas Perrin. Quickly lauded by critics, their wines are produced with conscientious knowledge and care. Procuring fruit from winegrowers and old friends, the barrel cellar is given serious attention and the maturation process is meticulous.
