The wine
Originating from the most difficult vines to cultivate, nowadays sold, the SC cuvée expresses its fruity (blackcurrant), mineral and smoky notes with great character. Somewhat austere in its youth, it benefits from aging for several years. Its tannic structure melts wonderfully and its flavours become more complex. You’re very lucky therefore if you decide to purchase this fine Rhône valley wine!
