The wine
The vineyard is planted with a mixture of Cabernet Sauvignon (25%) and Merlot (75%), and lies on gravelly hilltops and clay-limestone soil. It produces richly-coloured, full-bodied wines, with a delicate bouquet, capable of ageing for many years (4 to 10 years).
