This red Burgundy is produced from organic grapes. The winemaking process involves partial de-stemming, fermentation in vats and barrel ageing for 10 months without any added sulphites.
The result is a particularly -ell executed delicious fruity, dense, elegant and rich wine, of exceptional freshness and finesse, with a long, satisfying finish that lingers beautifully.
To fully appreciate it, we recommend decanting it to release all its aromas. This wine will pair perfectly with small game or a Lyonnais sausage.
