Wine for sale: Fuori Mondo
Fuori Mondo
The wines from this estate take you on a journey; “Fuori Mondo” means “above the world” in Italian. Incidentally, it was during a trip to Tuscany that Olivier Paul-Morandini fell under the charm of the land and the wine it produces, leading him to buy the estate, which is known by a discerning wine enthusiasts for its pure and vibrant wines.
The Fuori Mondo vineyard lies in the heart of the Tuscan hills. Olivier tends ten hectares of vines with deep respect for soil health and biodiversity. Iconic regional varieties such as Ciliegiolo, Alicante Nera, Sangiovese, Carménère and Cabernet Sauvignon are cultivated according to traditional methods. Mindful of today’s environmental challenges, and committed to preserving biodiversity, Olivier works his land with the utmost respect for the soil. Each parcel is treated individually, according to its specific needs, allowing its distinct character to emerge. In the winery, the same philosophy prevails, enabling the Italian terroir to express itself fully. Vinification is deliberately low-intervention, with sulphur added only in minute quantities. In this peaceful setting, Fuori Mondo produces authentic, flavourful cuvées that offer a faithful reflection of Tuscany’s grape varieties.
