    Information
    About the producer

The Vincent family has owned Château Fuissé since 1862. Its 33 hectares of vines in the Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran, Mâcon-Villages and Mâcon-Fuissé are harvested by hand. The cuvées are vinified and matured separately, in vats or barrels. The family sets itself apart for its Burgundian peers by its decision to not systematically allow the wines to undergo malolactic fermentation.

    About the wine

This Pouilly-Fuissé is produced in south-facing limestone-clay soil, affording it great complexity. It is lively and persistent, revealing ripe fruit aromas and an attractive fullness. It is an excellent gourmet wine ready for drinking straight away, and makes a great introduction to the domain's other wines.
