Having been present in the Mesnil-sur-Oger region for 7 generations, the Gonet family produces particularly mineral champagnes which reflect the terroir from which they are produced. The domain spans 19 hectares, with two thirds of Chardonnay and one third of Pinot Noir. Today, Pierre Gonet manages the domain and Chantal Brégeon Gonet supervises the commercial and export side of things.

Its pale pink appearance precedes an attractive bouquet marked by notes of fresh red berries (raspberry and strawberry). Its fresh aromas on the palate counterbalance a great aromatic intensity. It will pair just as well with fruity desserts as with dishes of character such as salmon.
