Dominique Mugneret, in addition to his domaines, operates three of the largest terroirs on the Côte de Nuits: Les Saint Georges (premier cru in Nuits), and the grand crus Richebourg (in Vosne-Romanée) and Clos de Vougeot. He is a wine grower who produces wines of great distinction, which testify to the magnificent terroirs from which they are derived.

Reputed for its delicate and tense wines, Domaine Dominique Mugneret lives up to its name with this cuvée. With a nose of red fruits and some smoky hints, this Echezeau has an ample palate balanced between fruit, mineral acidity, and silky tannins. The finish is long and pleasant.
