Domaine Frantz Chagnoleau was created in 2009 in Pierreclos, in the Mâconnais. With his companion Caroline Gon, they studied and began their careers in wine. Their organic vineyard covers about 7 hectares. Soils are ploughed, yields are controlled and vinification has little intervention (fermentation with native yeast only). The wines of Frantz Chagnoleau are similar to their terroir, in that they are rich, precise and complex. A domaine that never ceases to amaze us.

Yellow in appearance with golden hints, the wine's nose is dominated by toasted notes and ripe fruit. On the palate, the wine is full bodied and rich, with an attractive minerality. This is a fine white wine from the southern end of Burgundy.
