Information
About the producer

This domaine, which has been owned by the Rosso family since 1920, is located 3 kilometres north of Serralunga d’Alba. The domaine's motto is that "Wine should be a carbon copy of its terroir” and this is what dictates the cultivation, vinification and ageing approach practised by Giovanni Rosso's son Davide Rosso.

About the wine

Giovanni Rosso's Ceretta is harvested by hand, then matured in French barrels, each with a capacity of 25 hectolitres. On the nose, aromas of violet, rose and cherry, with coffee notes, flesh out a beautiful aromatic bouquet. In the mouth, notes of red berries and silky tannins precede a long, particularly elegant finish.
