The second generation runs the Sérafin family domaine in Gevrey-Chambertin. This small, 6 hectare domaine of organic farming extends over Gevrey-Chambertin, Chambolle-Musigny and Morey-Saint-Denis. The wines, with rich and mature fruits and subject to subtle élevage, are particularly appreciated by critics and wine guides, despite the fact that the domaine is highly discreet. References are thus made of the domaine at restaurants such as Bristol or Taillevent and yet its name means nothing to many amateurs!

This Gevrey-Chambertin displays a dark ruby-red colour which opens into intense red berry notes. In the mouth, its dense structure and persistent finish are coated with a silky, even velvety touch. An excellent wine which is being snapped up by well-informed connoisseurs.
