Fleurie Grand'cour (Domaine de la) - Jean-Louis Dutraive 2015

Domaine de le Grand’Cor is owned by the Dutraive family. Their Gamay is produced under the Fleurie and the Brouilly appellations. The domain covers 11.7 hectacres and has held organic certification since 2009. Jean-Louis Dutraive does everything he can to allow the terroir be reflected in his wines. He vinifies without the use of sulfites and at low temperatures. He also uses natural yeasts and carbonic maceration. His wines are natural and are neither filtered nor clarified. It is a domain that has now established itself amongst the best that Beaujolais has to offer.

This is a lively Fleurie whixh expresses its terroir beautifully. It has an attractive garnet colour with a delicate nose of violet and cherries, light tannins and a long and silky finish. This wine will suit white meats.
