The Bret Brothers domain was founded in 2001 by brothers Jean-Philippe and Jean-Guillaume Bret. They are also the brothers behind the Domaine de la Soufrandière. Their objective has been clear from the beginning: to create specially selected high quality wines under strict and precise specifications. The Bret brothers buy unharvested grapes and then vinify them themselves. Some of their cuvées have organic certification.

The vines of the climate “En Carmentrant” in Pouilly-Fuissé is located on rich limestone soils that face south under the Roche de Vergisson cliffs. Harvests are manual, whole bunches are pressed and then the wine is matured in casks. From the finest terroirs of Puilly-Fuissé, this taut and mineral wine is made to pair with spicy, flavourful dishes.
