About the wine
Known as the ‘antiquarian of cognac’, Amédée Edouard Dor has always sought to produce spirits of the highest quality. The AE Dor Vieille Reserve N°6 cognac comes from a single cru, the most noble, Grand Champagne. Aged in oak barrels for decades without supplements, the cognac is then transferred to glass demijohns which are kept in a secret winery called ‘paradise’. This cuvée offers us an especially spicy nose with superb notes of vanilla and cacao. To taste, the soft and ample texture lets off some floral hints
