About the wine
This Chassagne-Montrachet comes from a terroir of chalk, marl and sandy soil. In the same vein as other cuvées produced by the domain, its delicacy and finesse are exceptional. Its nose gives off notes of white flowers, white fruit and pine. Its delicate and mouth-watering texture offers a palpable energy. The domain chose to harvest by hand before a year-long maturation in oak barrels (20% new wood) and 6 months in stainless steel.
