Bourgogne François Carillon
Information
About the producer

The Carillon family has been established in Puligny-Montrachet since the 16th century. In 2010, the family vineyard was shared between the two brothers, François and Jacques. François Carillon cultivates 6.5 hectares and also runs a trading business. The domaine produces great white wines.

About the wine

What a perfect introduction to the savoir-faire of this biodynamic domain from the Côte de Beaune! This Burgundy, simple at first glance, has an intense, round texture, with complex notes of white fruits and vanilla, proof of its maturation in wood. Delicious as an aperitif, it will par wonderfully with dishes like marinated poultry.
