The vines are farmed with one thing in mind: the constant quest for excellence. After all, it’s the quality of the grape that determines that of a fine wine. The Pouilly-Fuissé Jean Gustave from domain Cordier has a light golden colour. The nose delivers fruity aromas (citrus, white-fleshed fruits or exotic fruits depending on the vintage), as well as floral notes. The mouth reveals spicy notes that meld harmoniously with the fruity flavours. This wine is characterised by its delicious mineral acidity and superb taut finish. A mineral, fresh wine that will pair perfectly with slightly spicy dishes.
