Hervé Souhaut. This is a name we’re hearing more and more despite his loation at the heart of the Ardèche. This cru is a white vin de France with a delicate profile, balancing complexity and aromatic length. Most of the blend is Viognier, a varietal that is here completed by the Roussanne grape. Hervé Souhat and his wife Beatrice practice eco-friendly farming with natural vinifications to craft the cuvée. Inspired by natural producers, they don’t filter their wines and no sulphur is added. The idea is the make a vibrant and lively wine…they achieve this aim with great success!
