This pure Sauvignon blanc certainly isn’t lacking in energy! The vines grow in red clay soil, and the grapes are harvested by hand before fermenting in casks with wild yeasts.
This cuvée carries notes of exotic fruit like passionfruit and mango, as well as white fruit like pear and peach, with hints of citrus. It is fresh and acidic on the palate with an interesting mouthfeel.
This work of this producer is organic-inspired, though he hasn’t yet sought certification.
