The Irish distillery Cooley was founded in 1987 by John Teeling and is today part of the Beam Suntory group. Producing various types of whiskey (single malt, single grain and blended), it has been acclaimed by critics since production first began.

An Irish whiskey we believe to be from the Cooley distillery distilled in 1991 and bottled at cask strength in 2013 after 22 years of maturation in a bourbon cask. The Stillman’’s is a Swiss independent bottler founded in 2004 by Angela and Daniel Kissling, whisky and spirits importers in the Fribourg canton. The Stillman’’s Cask Selection range was created in 2009. A limited edition of 210 bottles.
