About the producer
The Nirasaki distillery was founded by the Sun Foods Co. in Japan, in the Mount Fuji region. Sun Foods Co. sells several brands of blended whiskies, including Koshu and Fujisan.
About the wine
Koshu Gold is a blend produced by a small Japanese distillery that normally produces shochu. Several versions of Koshu Gold exist, one at 37%, another at 40% and a Koshu Pure Malt.
