About the producer
Tenjaku Whisky is a brand of whisky created by the Japanese distribution company Minami Alps Wine and Beverage Co. Ltd, based in Fuefuki in Yamanashi Province.
About the wine
Tenjaku is a Japanese blend produced from malt and corn whisky aged in American white oak bourbon casks. The “40” shown on the label could lead to confusion but refers to the ABV rather than the age of the whisky, which is not specified. The blend is produced in Japan but it is not known whether the whiskies used are also of Japanese origin.
