About the wine
This Jamaican rum, whose exact origins are unknown, was bottled in honour of Alfred Lamb, a key figure in the history of rum, who invented Lamb’’s Navy Rum in 1849, which is a blend of rums from the Caribbean. It was distilled in 1939 and bottled by United Rum Merchants in the late 1980s after ageing in Scotland, at least partially, in Dumbarton. A limited edition of 918 bottes.
