About the wine
A Jacques Marou Armagnac distilled in 1983 at the Des Persenades estate. Located in Cazeneuve, Domaine des Persenades is a family property founded in 1650. It spans some 90 hectares, including 52 hectares of vines. The vineyard is in Ténarèze, an area known for producing powerful and distinguished spirits. The estate’’s Armagnacs are made with Colombard, Baco and Ugni Blanc grapes, and distilled in a wood-fired pot still.
