About the wine
Basalte Lot BA-03-21 is the second batch from the Twelve distillery in Aubrac. Five types of cask were used for ageing: port, Bordeaux red wine, Calvados, rum and new oak. It was matured for 36 months and bottled in 2021. A limited edition of 6,000 bottles.
