About the wine
An Arthenac cognac distilled in 1919 and bottled in 1983 by Berry Bros & Rudd. It is produced from grapes grown in Petite Champagne, one of the most prestigious crus in the appellation. Berry Bros & Rudd was founded in 1698, making it the oldest independent bottler in Great Britain. It has supplied wines and spirits to the British Royal Family since King George III, and today has two Royal Warrants. Berry Bros & Rudd is still a family-run company, managed by the descendants of the Berry and Rudd families.
