About the wine
Praban na Linne was founded in 1976 by Sir Iain Noble, an ardent supporter of the Gaelic language. His business, located on the Isle of Skye, produces three whiskies, all with Gaelic names, the blended malt Poit Dubh, and the blends Te Bheag and Mac Na Mara. Although he passed away before it opened, Sir Iain also helped create Skye’’s second distillery Torabhaig.
