About the wine
Irish Mist is a thousand-year-old liqueur that finds its roots in a heather wine once served to clan chieftains in the Middle Ages. Its recipe based on honey, spices and herbs was recreated in 1947 by Desmond E. Williams, owner of the Tullamore distillery.
