Information
The Yahou Fatal estate is among the leading names on the Auvergne wine scene. Manu Duveau has been running the estate located in Châteaugay for a number of years, with a master’s hand, rigour and passion. He mainly works with Gamay, the region’s flagship grape variety. Passionate about natural wines and committed to protecting biodiversity, the winemaker tends his vines with the greatest respect for the fruit and biodiversity. Vinification is low interventionist. Rather than using modern machinery or technological processes, he strives to produce his wines by hand, allowing the personality of the terroir to express itself freely in each bottle. It is in this unique and serene setting that Manu Duveau produces fruity, fragrant and authentic wines, perfectly reflecting the region’s terroir and flavoursome grape varieties, thanks to his traditional expertise.
